Workouts getting more sweaty makes me realize I am getting back in shape. Interesting how in the first week I barely sweated and today I sweat a whole lot, like I used too on the first round last year. Today’s Cardio Power & Resistance was a bit better than last week too, but I have yet a lot to get better at. As long as I keep resisting and fighting back while feeling my muscles exhausted I know it’s working, and that’s all that really matters. This week’s eating routine must change too. I need to focus more on protein and cut back in all sugars. Cheers to a new clean week.
