This blog was created to cover my experience on any fitness programs. My perspective right now is to follow others experiences, get motivated, always inspired and hopefully get done with my goals.

My first round of Insanity starts February 6th. My ultimate goal is not a number but to feel completely unbeatable in terms of health. It's been a long time since I last felt that way, and I'm dead serious about achieving it all over again!

Workouts getting more sweaty makes me realize I am getting back in shape. Interesting how in the first week I barely sweated and today I sweat a whole lot, like I used too on the first round last year. Today’s Cardio Power & Resistance was a bit better than last week too, but I have yet a lot to get better at. As long as I keep resisting and fighting back while feeling my muscles exhausted I know it’s working, and that’s all that really matters. This week’s eating routine must change too. I need to focus more on protein and cut back in all sugars. Cheers to a new clean week.
